Patrick Gallagher was born in Liverpool. A Labourer by trade he attested in 1898. He saw service in the Boer War and was awarded the QSA with bars Cape Colony, Orange Free state and South Africa 1901. 1901 bar isn’t present and was never added to the medal.
Papers online, he died in service in 1908.
