1914/15 Trio to 2283 Colour Sergeant H Brownbridge DLI

Harry Bainbridge was from Bishop Auckland, an apprentice cabinet maker who served pre-war with 2^nd Volunteer battalion.

He attested in August 1914, giving his occupation as Seaman Contractor and address as 31 Bridge Street. Joining 6^th battalion with service number 2283, landed France 19^th April 1915.

He survived the war.
