With dog tag. 
 
Alfred wright was born in New Bashford, Nottingham, in 1898. He enlisted aged 17 on the 9th April 1915. 
 
Posted to the 7th bn on the Notts and Derby Regiment, he went to France in 1916 and was sadly killed in action on the 23rd June 1916. 
 
He was laid to rest in Foncquevillers Military Cemetry.
