Guarantees

At Harland Military Antiques we research extensively all pieces we hold in stock to ensure their authenticity. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the piece you have purchased we offer a 7 day inspection period in addition to a lifetime guarantee. In the event you suspect an item to not be authentic or genuine, please contact us with your concern and  we will endeavour to reimburse you within 7 business days (subject to communication delays).

Consignment Items

Buyers: Items on consignment are excluded from the 7 day inspection period & lifetime guarantee. However on consignment items we do offer the protection of a limited 5-day inspection period.

Sellers: To sell a piece on consignment we will fully research the piece (if required) and charge a commission of 10% of the final sale price.

Sales made on consignment items are final, and no refund will be issued outside of the 5-day inspection period.

Books

Books are excluded from the 7 day inspection period & lifetime guarantee, however, there is a returns period of 5 days should you change your mind.

Delivery

All UK deliveries are made via Royal Mail. Next day deliveries available in the UK only on orders made by 2pm GMT. You will receive an e-mail confirming your delivery along with reference number.
