 Housed in a high-quality Spink frame, which can be stood on a desk or hung on the wall.

Research has proved incredibly frustrating! I can’t seem to find much more of Leach than what is written below!

 David leach was commissioned into the Royal Signals on the 30th of May 1945 as a War Sub Lt. He was still serving as of 1946.
